What is a “real estate team”?
A team starts with one or more licensed real estate agents and can also include licensed assistants and/or clerical assistants. Sometimes team leaders consider other support staff, such as staging experts, mortgage lenders, title insurance agents, etc. as team members.
Does a team benefit the buyers and sellers?
Yes, it can and definitely should. The idea behind the team concept is to provide more manpower and resources in order obtain your ultimate goal of selling your existing home or buying that new one.
Why I chose to work as a member of a team and why I formed The Mucci Team.
Always looking for ways to better serve my clients, I thought it would be advantages to pair my knowledge and experience with others. To find balance in my life, I needed to feel completely comfortable in knowing my clients would receive the same high quality representation and service on those occasions when I was out of the office. In talking with Karen, I discovered our commitment to service and work ethics are parallel. Her experience and my own compliment one another. I knew Karen was the best agent to share my real estate philosophy with and the person I wanted to align with.

In order for us to devote personal time to our clients needs, we also have an assistant to take care of many of our clerical duties such as helping prepare appealing features sheets, sending out Service Report updates, submitting ads, inserting additional photos on websites and many other tasks to help keep us operating smoothly.
And of course our service includes providing you with referrals to reliable affiliates such as mortgage lenders, title agents, home inspectors, termite inspection companies, insurance agents and any other providers necessary to close your transaction. Our service and commitment to you does not stop there. We have also compiled a valuable list of our favorite venders offering a wide range of services and products – everything you need to run, maintain and improve your home. We are strongly supported by our company, Cutler Real Estate. In addition to keeping us informed of any industry changes, we have available to us incredible technical support and training, an in-house marketing department, a closing coordinator and a very efficient secretarial staff.
